Ran on the treadmil and did bis and tris. I think mixing cardio and weight training together is a great way to burn huge amounts of calories.

Sprint day, with an early birthday present, a 20 lbs weight vest. It was brutal and wasn’t able to complete half of my workout. I will modify the usage of the vest so that I can get the most use out of it and a great workout.

Ran outside with a buddy of mine that has been talking about running for a while and today he finally went.  He ran a mile, stopping twice and did it in 12:50.  Me, I ran a mile, did ab ripper X and bought a sauna suit and a runner’s world mag. I also recieved a wieghted vest that holds up to 20, 1 lbs of steel.

3 miler in Heidecke/Goose Lake area. Beautiful,
foggy and crisp 0700 morning run with a buddy
from work. I was hurting and had to walk twice,
but wouldn’t trade the experience for any thing.

Did ab ripper X and ran outside, it was beautiful
today, 70 degrees! It doesn’t get much better
than that. I reverted back to my original diet of
a well balanced ratio of carbs and protein with
healthy fats. I could write a page on my blunder
about Atkins and Eat right for my blood-type.
Although interesting and compelling I’d just like
to say that most of it is just crap.
