			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Haven&#8217;t have a lot of time to log runs and workouts, so i&#8217;m posting them in blocks. Jan 7 I did shoulders/arms and ab ripper x, few days later I did a workout on the mill and yesterday I went up to the gym at work ran on the mill and did abs. I&#8217;m trying to stay active this winter, but finding it hard to stay motivated on the dreadmill. I find it hard to run in one spot and looking at the same 4 walls. It is going to be nice the next couple of days and I want to run outside.</p>

I am interested in running a Half-Marathon soon too and am putting together a training plan now.</p>
